First cooking class of the year is February 4th, just in time for Valentine’s Day. We’ll focus on desserts: rich chocolate cake, creamy desserts and special sauces. Class starts at 9 am and lasts about 3 hours; because the class is hands-on, only 6 students are allowed. The cost is $50 per student and it is non refundable one week prior to the class. Bring an apron and wear close toe shoes.

All you can eat tapas. We’ll feature about 20 different dishes from Spain, Italy and other countries served as small plates “tapas style”. We always offer a variety of meat, seafood, vegetarian and gluten free dishes. That night only, we’ll also serve featured wines for the incredible price of $5 per glass and $20 per bottle.
